The chefs, the wines, the food and yes, the rooibos tea! Joining our long table will be Carmién Tea. Hydrating, palate cleansing and an excellent companion to any food and wine pairing. Our winemaker and chef will be talking you through this 4 course culinary delight paired with perfectly matched Grenache wines.
