At Piekenierskloof Wines, we are a small, passionate team rooted in family, heritage, and a shared love for our mountain terroir. Together, we care for old dryland bush vines and craft honest, Grenache-focused wines with care and authenticity.

From the vineyard to the cellar and tasting room, every person plays an important role in bringing the unique character of Piekenierskloof to your glass.

Our dedicated team includes the Van Zyl family (owners and custodians of the land), our winemaker Wouter Loubser, cellar master Alecia Boshoff, and a close-knit group handling everything from winemaking and logistics to administration, lab work, and guest experiences.

We work as one to honour tradition while making wines that are pure, sustainable, and full of place. No unwanted extras, just great wine made with heart.
